The Taylor Homes Group has been in the home building and real estate business in Bartlesville and the surrounding communities since 1958. In addition to fine home building, THG owns and manages a number of commercial and residential for lease properties. These properties include houses, duplexes, apartments and lofts as well as commercial office space.

You've come to the right place to find a residential building lot. We are about "built out" in our Park Hill addition but are beginning construction in a new neighborhood directly to the east of Park Hill called StoneBranch. This development extends from Park Hill Addition east of Edge Hill Drive. Additional phases of StoneBranch are scheduled to commence in the coming months.
StoneBranch will include a 46 lot area designed for smaller lots located just across the street from Adams Golf Club. Further north in StoneBranch we've planned additional building sites that will provide space to build single family residences in the $210,00-$400,000 range. And on the far north end of the addition there will be larger estate type lots of 1/2 acre up to 1 acre. The north area of the 80 acre StoneBranch neighborhood will include a commons area complete with a pond and fishing dock, a walking trail around the pond, a green space and playing field, a community building and covered patio next to a swimming pool along with a parking area.
