Here are the principles that drive our mission.

Our Associates

Our work is not just a job…it’s what we love to do. We understand that our work is an expression of who we are and what we believe about ourselves and Taylor Homes Group. We treat each other with respect and dignity while using this model from the Bible…“Love the Lord your God with all your passion and soul and intelligence…and love others as well as you love yourself.”

Our Customers

We add value and quality to the lives of our clients – by building homes with our hands and minds and hearts. It begins with construction…brick, timber, concrete… and is finished when our customers proudly calling it home.

Our Owners

We know that as we deliver in each of the above areas, we enjoy the kind of success that rewards our investment. Our vision is to endure and thrive and to be the best homebuilder in Oklahoma…while always rewarding our associates with the encouragement of our voices, fair compensation and a share of financial profits to which they contribute.

“Fill up the back of the shovel…”   When I was a teenager working job sites in our homebuilding business, my Grandpa Ross Taylor (pictured below) would tell me to “Fill up the back of the shovel and the front will take care of itself.” This seemed incredibly obvious to me at the time, but over the years, I’ve come to understand that phrase as a maxim for The Taylor Homes Group.

It means,

  • don’t take shortcuts
  • work smart
  • be efficient
  • take pride in what you do

Our family has been building fine quality homes in the northeast Oklahoma and southeast Kansas since 1958.

Since 1958, the Taylor Homes Group has been defining home as more than a space, it's the place where your life happens. Meals, events, occasions, romance, children, living, and relaxing in a place that is called home.

Our passion is to enhance the place you call home through design, efficiency, and quality.

In addition to fine homebuilding, THG owns and manages a number of commercial and residential for lease properties. These properties include cottages, lofts, duplexes, apartments, and traditional houses, along with commercial office space.

Our Mission Statement

To use our talents in creating and managing living spaces that shape our clients best moments with their family and friends.

Here are some of the neighborhoods that we have helped plan and build in Bartlesville: Colonial Estates, Park Hill, StoneBranch, Gramercy, Price Lofts, Pathfinder, and Philson Hollow
